I started my coaching journey the same time I committed to living a healthier, more intentional life. Getting sober was a turning point, not only for me, but for how I wanted to show up for my family. Fitness became more than just a routine, it became a way to stay grounded, energized, and present in every area of life.
I created B Hans Fitness to help people like me: parents juggling a million things, busy professionals stuck at a desk, hairstylists battling long days on their feet, and BJJ athletes chasing performance. I understand the challenges because I’ve lived them all.
My coaching philosophy is simple: Small, consistent habits beat drastic changes every time. Whether your goal is to move better, feel stronger, or just finally make time for yourself again, I’ll help you build momentum that sticks.
When I’m not training clients or on the mats doing jiu-jitsu, I’m hanging with my two boys, planning our next adventure, and prepping for a move abroad. I believe when you feel good in your body, you show up better at home, at work, and on the mats.
